Job scope:
As eCommerce Specialist, you’ll prototype new ideas, implement new custom features, connect multiple systems, and optimize existing implementations to improve quality and stability. You’ll need to be super proactive, keeping up-to-date with relevant new technologies, then helping us translate them into innovative solutions.

You’re a super-smart, tech-minded person who’s built world-class digital services from the ground up. You’ll be working closely with other developers, marketeers, designers, finance, IT as well as our external development partners and you shouldn’t be afraid of a challenge.
Some of the challenges we’re working on:

• Management of eCommerce projects and controlling timely deployment to market
• Implementing new processes and systems for B2C fulfilment
• Implementing a new loyalty and CRM program
• Make sure we integrate with all the leading Marketplaces as Tmall, Ebay, Amazon, Lazada
• Bringing our e-commerce experience into F1 trackside around the world as a true omni-channel experience
• Creating a seamless integration with our (new) ERP environment

You are part of the E-commerce team and you’ll report to the E-commerce Manager.

– Official Mercedes-AMG F1 store: shop.mercedesamgf1.com
– Official McLaren F1 store: www.mclarenstore.com

For Businesses:
– Dedicated B2B store for all Branded customers worldwide
– Dedicated B2B & B2E store for Shell, Shell Partners and Employees on global level
– Dedicated B2B & B2E store for Exxon Mobil, Esso, EM Partners and Employees on global level

Skills & requirements:

• Education on HBO / University level (Digital Marketing, E-com, IT, Communications or similar)
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar function in an ecommerce/retail environment
• Familiarity with ecommerce systems and reports
• Exceptional skills in projectmanagement and an eye for detail, with ability to meet demanding deadlines
• Strong skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (and preferable a second language, where Dutch is a plus)
• Self-motivating and flexible attitude

Job Title : Junior Graphic Designer

The company sits under the PUMA umbrella and we work with brands such as Mercedes, Ferrari and Red Bull and sell to channels such as trackside, distributors, sponsors and end consumers.

MEET YOUR NEW JOB

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Graphic designer to join the existing design team of an international company. The candidate will assume responsibility in assisting the design team in working to specific briefs and deadlines for existing and new assets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designing apparel graphics for inclusion in seasonal ranges;
  • Designing new seasonal product catalogues / updating and editing existing catalogues;
  • Designing web campaigns and banners for e-commerce sites;
  • Creating Social Media campaign creatives;
  • Creating product embellishment guidelines for teams and sponsors;
  • Supporting the design team with artwork and tech pack preparation;
  • Research relevant trends and create mood boards to maintain market awareness;
  • Support the delivery of projects in line with the development calendar;
  • If required, attend asset visits/site visits to present designs/gain an understanding of required briefs.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong graphic design experience with the ability/desire to also design across both apparel, product as well as print and digital media;
  • 1-2 years experience or equivalent qualification in graphic design and/or designing apparel and graphics for sports related apparel and product as well as knowledge of Graphic design for web use;
  • Strong CAD skills are essential with a strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Additional knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite applications are a bonus;
  • Awareness of current sports/lifestyle related trends/blogs/social media;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Self-motivated;
  • The ability to work within a team and take direction;
  • A desire to work hard and gain experience.

Job Title : Customer Service Coordinator – B2B and B2C
Based in : London, UK

Job scope:

In this role you will responsible for managing B2B accounts and B2C helpdesk for the various Motorsports Branded handles. You will work closely together with our Sales Team and E-comm Teams to ensure the best possible service to our consumers/ customers.

Job responsibilities:

B2B

  • Processing orders, coordination of order confirmations and resolving any customer issues; general management of order book;
  • Communication with warehouse on shipments;
  • Accounts receivable management – coordinating with credit control and accounts receivable too;
  • Ensuring customers receive updates and progress reports and proactively identifying issues with shipments.

ECOM

  • Day to day managing incoming consumer cases. Replying to questions from consumers regarding current and incoming items and orders within the standard timelines;
  • Refund management together with finance when consumers have received faulty or incorrect goods;
  • To nurture and develop end customer relations with a focus on maintaining a high service level;
  • Work together with the rest of the Customer Service Team to ensure coverage between all departments.

Skills & requirements:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience in working with order management systems
  • Commercial understanding of the business and customer requirements.
  • Good computer and system (Excel+ Office) competence and experience
  • Clear communicator
